Tray used in combination with the candying grid to create products with a sugar layer.
 
You place the products you would like to enrobe with sugar on the grid and place them in the tray, you pour sugar syrup over the products in the tray. This until they are covered with sugar syrup. The thickness of the sugar layer is determined by the time the product is in the sugar.
