The Kit is composed by two elements:
  • A ring in composite crush-proof material suitable for baking till 180°C and creating the base
  • A silicone mould to make a mousse or a cream to lay down over the shortcrust pastry
 
The ring is non-stick and stainless, it allows a homogeneous baking and it is characterized by a high thermal stability. It can be use in the oven and also in the blast chiller. Finally it can not be in contact with naked flames or used in the microwave.
